2. Data we process

Közös Szikra processes the following data during registration:

• Alias
• Full name
• Email address
• Gender (male / female)
• Age
• Interests (if provided on the form)
• Billing address (postal code, city, street, house number)
• Payment data (payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details)

Közös Szikra processes the following data generated at the event:

• Choices (whom the participant would like to meet at the event)
• Matching results
• Photos and videos taken at the event (for nameless promotional use, see section 6)

3. Purpose of processing

• Registration for and participation in the event
• Determining mutual matches and passing them on
• Issuing invoices (legal obligation)
• Communication regarding the event
• Generating alias suggestions from the name and interests provided
• Producing promotional content for the website and social media (on the basis of consent)

4. Legal basis for processing

• Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — registration and provision of the service
• Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) — issuing invoices
• Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — the participant consents to the processing of matching data and to the promotional use of recordings made at the event

5. Retention period

We store personal data for 30 days after the event has closed. Invoice data is retained for the 8 years required by law. Photos and videos taken at the event are processed until consent is withdrawn or promotional use ends.

6. Photography and video at events

The organiser may take photos and videos of participants at events. Közös Szikra may use the recordings on its own website and social media channels (for example Facebook, Instagram) for promotional purposes without names: participants' real names, aliases and contact details are never shown alongside the recordings.

Participants are informed about photography at the start of the event. By registering, the participant consents to being recorded and to the promotional use of those recordings. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, free of charge and without justification, by writing to [email protected] or by telling the organiser at the event. If consent is withdrawn, we stop using recordings of that participant and remove any that have already been published. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of use before the withdrawal.

7. Data transfers

We transfer data to the following processors:

• Stripe (payment processing) — privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
• Billingo (invoicing) — privacy policy: billingo.hu/adatvedelem
• Google Sheets (storage of registration data) — in the controller's Google Workspace account

8. Your rights

• Right of access — you may request information about the processing of your data
• Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data (except data subject to a legal obligation)
• Right to data portability — you may request your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object — you may object to the processing of your data

9. Cookies

The website uses only the session cookies required for sign-in, together with Microsoft Clarity, an anonymous visitor analytics service. Clarity does not use cookies that contain personal data.

10. Remedies

If your rights are infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), address: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9-11., web: naih.hu.
